I present to you the second batch of M.Tech. (IT in Building Science) 2002 from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. This unique two year course is focused on giving the students an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of Building Science and empowering them with a sound knowledge of related IT tools. Talented architects and civil engineers were selected for this course on the basis of their analytical ability, academic record, experience, problem solving skills and domain expertise. Our institute nurtures and trains talent in an environment full of rigour as well as creativity and hands on learning. Graduates of this programme combine their deep understanding of the building science domain with expertise in information technology. This enables them to harness the full potential of sophisticated software suites, develop new algorithms and tools, use IT effectively in solving problems across the building science spectrum. Rajeev Sangal
Director

Prof. Rajeev Sangal is a leading researcher in the fields of Machine Translation and Artificial Intelligence and is well recognised for his work in Natural Language Processing. He was Professor and Head of Department of Computer Science at IIT Kanpur. He is also the Director of Language Technologies Research Centre. He did his B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and later received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
