- Abstract :
The topic includes activities
like office spaces, convention center, exhibition spaces and
shopping arcade .Nagpur being the heart of the country, centrally
located has special advantages of being well connected to every part
of the country. The sanction of air cargo hub, makes it advantageous
for the proposal. The site selected has advantages of being near to
the cargo hub and in between the old and the new city at the same
time near to the Butibori industrial area which is the largest ever
proposed in Asia.
- Contents & Methodology : Selection and justification of the topic;
List of activities to be included; solution for the area
requirements; selection of form and its justification; data
collection and NBC rules for each type of building; planning and
volumetric study.
