Working with CADS Software India (P) Ltd.,June 2002 to date Engineer – Product Development Division as Lead engineer for development of Structural Steel design and detailing software products. Role includes finalization of software and engineering requirements, user interface, project planning and monitoring.
July 1997 – Jan 2001 L&T ECC Construction Division Engineer - Civil 3.5 Years in Commercial Buildings, Petrochemical Plant and Express Way. Lead project sites for a major oil company on a lump sum contract basis. The works included getting government approval, design coordination, execution of civil, piping, electrical and instrumentation works. During peak work period, the team comprised of 200 workmen including 9 engineers. Section incharge for civil and finishing activity of commercial buildings. Work profile included rate finalization, costing, billing, extra claims and project coordination. Overseen many specialized works related to finshing and concrete laying. Team comprised of 150 workmen. Erection design and construction methods coordination work for a 1 Million TPA petrochemical plant in Gujarat, western India. Liased with world leading consultants and contractors for final design and details. Site supervision work for Expressway funded by ADB for Bangalore Hosur Rd.
